Explore the Evolving Technology Workforce March 10 at College of DuPage

Explore the need for the local technology workforce to keep up with current industry trends and prepare for the future at Tech Talk Live, a workshop featuring CompTIA president and CEO Todd Thibodeaux, from 8 to 11 a.m. Friday, March 10, in Homeland Education center, Room 1022, at the College of DuPage Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

The presentation also will be broadcast live.

Presented by COD Business Solutions, this workshop is designed for technology leaders, CIOs, CTOs, manager, administers, recruiters and students and is intended for those working in various IT roles, including systems, network, help desk, security, internetworking and technical certifications.

Keynote speaker Todd Thibodeaux will discuss the importance of soft skills, the IT skills gap, IT workforce placement as a national challenge, and the importance of finding the right education. Participants also are invited to share their thoughts on the IT workforce shortage during an experts panel and question and answer session.
