College of DuPage Hosts 'Bowl for a Goal' for Student Scholarships Aug. 19

College of DuPage will host "Bowl for a Goal" on Friday, Aug. 19, from 6 to 9 p.m. at Fox Bowl, 1101 Butterfield Road in Wheaton. Fifty percent of all proceeds will fund student scholarships through the COD Foundation.

College of DuPage employees, students, family, friends and community members are invited to bowl three games for $20, which includes shoe fees.

"Bowl for a Goal" is one in a series of yearlong on- and off-campus events celebrating the College's 50th anniversary, which begins with a free concert by "Chicago" tribute band Brass Transit at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 26, at the MAC Lakeside, which includes fireworks and giveaways.
