Traveling great distances to find a variety of authentic antiques is a thing of the past. The best antiques come to you at the October 19 & 20, 2013 Fox Valley Antiques Show in St. Charles, Illinois for the 39th fall.

Here 55 carefully-chosen, invitation-only dealers from 17 states will offer for sale a wide variety of authentic 18th, 19th and early 20th century antiques. October's show brings experienced dealers from great distances, some new to the Fox Valley Antiques Show.

The complete list of exhibitors can be found on the Chicago Suburban Antiques Dealers Association website, www.CSADA.com .

An added bonus, Tina Woltman, author of "An Early Christmas" will be on hand to sign copies of her latest book "Christmas of Olde". Appealing to both antique and holiday collectors, "An Early Christmas" (2011) sold out immediately. The same fate is predicted for "Christmas of Olde".

A semi-annual sale, antiques are displayed all indoors at the bright and spacious Kane County Fairgrounds' Prairie Events Center. Dealers exhibit in walled and papered booths, their offerings arranged in room settings, many with an emphasis on decorative and graphic design. A "juried" show assures authenticity, allowing customers to buy with confidence.

Catered lunch with comfortable seating is available and there is plenty of free parking. Show hours are Saturday, October 19, 10 - 5, and Sunday, October 20, 10 - 4, at the Kane County Fairgrounds, 525 South Randall Road, St. Charles, Illinois 60174 (enter on Randall Road between Routes 38 and 64).

Produced by the Chicago Suburban Antiques Dealers Association, the show celebrates our heritage by collaborating with its sponsor, DuPage County Historical Museum Foundation. Both not-for-profit organizations, admission of $8 benefits local historical and educational endeavors. Discount coupons ($2 off) are available on the CSADA website.
