CAGGNI offers two free genealogy workshops

The Computer-Assisted Genealogy Group of Northern Illinois (CAGGNI)will sponsor two free genealogy workshops at the Main Schaumburg Library, 130 S.Roselle Rd at 10:30 am and 1 pm on Saturday August 11. Both workshops are open to the public.

The first workshop will be the Chicago Area The Master Genealogist (TMG) User Group. TMG software is a very flexible and powerful package. This interest group was formed to provide a forum in the Chicago area for TMG users to build their knowledge and share their experiences with this product. Bring your laptop if you have one.

The second workshop will be held at 1 pm at the main Schaumburg Library on August 11. The Reunion Special Interest Group is calling all Apple Users. Reunion is a genealogy software designed specifically for Macintosh and is also available as an app for iPhone, iPod Touch, and iPad. Learn the tips and tricks that will have you utilizing this highly regarded program to its fullest.
