Eating Well as You Age

Our food choices can make an important difference in how we look and feel as we age. Healthy food choices may help to decrease the risk of developing some chronic diseases commonly associated with aging, and help to keep us more independent. In this lesson you will learn which foods supply the nutrients that are especially important for us as we age. We sill also discuss current research on the possible benefits of probiotics and prebiotics to strengthen the immune system.
