Aldridge Names New Chief Executive Officers

Libertyville, IL, July 1, 2019. For Immediate Release

Aldridge has announced that Steve and Alex Aldridge will lead the company in Co-CEO positions.

Effective July 1st, Steve and Alex Aldridge have assumed the roles of Chief Executive Officers of the company, a position formerly held by Steve Rivi. Prior to the appointments, Steve and Alex shared responsibilities as Chief Operating Officers and will continue a shared structure as they oversee the direction and future of Aldridge. Steve will guide the Transportation Group as well as the Accounting and Quality Departments. The Power Group, along with the Safety and Risk Departments, will report to Alex.

Steve Rivi and Chairman of the Board, Ken Aldridge, have been planning this transition to the next generation for over five years. Steve Rivi will continue to work as an executive level advisor to the organization.

"Following in the footsteps of Steve Rivi, and Ken Aldridge before him, is both inspiring and humbling. They have taken us from a regional electrical contractor to one of the top contractors in the nation, all while maintaining the family atmosphere that makes Aldridge so unique." said Alex Aldridge.

Steve Aldridge stated, "Our vision and core values are heavily molded by the principles established by Ken and Steve over the last 20 years. We are very excited to honor the past while we shape the future."
