Greater Illinois Postal Customer Council's Annual Mailers Forum is Next Week

Mark your calendars. The Greater Illinois Postal Customer Council's (GIPCC) annual Mailer's Forum is next Wednesday during National PCC Week this year.

The Mailer's Forum is scheduled for next Wednesday, September 26, at Shriners Banquets, 550 Shriners Drive, Addison, IL 60101. The event runs from 8:00a.m.-4:00p.m. and will feature vendors, educational workshops, lunch, a message from the Postmaster General Megan Brennan, along with onsite keynote speaker Jacqueline Krage Strako, Acting Chief Customer and Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, United States Postal Service.

"This is an excellent event for our business customers," said Postal Service Spokesperson Sean Hargadon. "It is an opportunity for them to attend educational sessions, network with postal and industry professionals, and learn how they can add value to their company's bottom line."

The GIPCC is a postal-sponsored organization. Its mission is to foster a close working relationship between the Postal Service and all businesses that use the mail to communicate and interact with their customers. Its goal is to share information and facilitate the exchange of ideas about new and existing postal products and services that affect all businesses that use the mail.

"The Postal Customer Council is here to help business mailers grow and develop professionally through focused educational programs," added Hargadon.
