Celebrate the Illinois Bicentennial

Saturday, August 18, 9:00 am to Noon at the University of Illinois Extension Office, 100 S. U.S. Highway 45, Grayslake, IL 60030. The Lake County Association for Home and Community Education (LCAHCE) is sponsoring a historic perspective of Lake and McHenry Counties to celebrate the Illinois Bicentennial. Speakers are from the Lake County Historical Alliance, LCAHCE, and Lake County Farm Bureau. Admission is free, and pre-registration is recommended as space is limited. To pre-register, call the U of I Extension office at (847) 223 8627 weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
