PM Prime Steakhouse Offers Truffle Dinner
On Wednesday, January 28 at 6 p.m., PM Prime Steakhouse will host a special six-course dinner exploring one of the most sought after culinary treasures: The Truffle. Chef Dominic Zumpano will create sumptuous dishes ranging from pheasant with black truffle sausage, to Japanese Kobe beef with white truffle cream and black truffle tea. The dinner includes wine pairing by PM Prime master sommelier Robert Bansberg. Tickets are $225 per person and can be purchased by calling 847-433-0600.
