'Surviving Home Reconstruction' offered Sept. 27 in Arlington Heights
Are you planning a rehab project at your home? This program will teach you how to plan for the project, how to choose the right contractor for the job, and what to look for when reviewing bids, and how to survive your construction.
KINGSLEY + GINNODO ARCHITECTS will help you understand how to navigate a reconstruction or rehab project. Kirsten Kingsley and Keith Ginnodo have provided architectural and administrative services on projects ranging in complexity and cost from neighborhood porches, to the restoration of Frank Lloyd Wright's Wingspread, to a sixteen story luxury condominium in the Gold Coast of Chicago.
The workshop is Thursday, September 27, 7:00-8:30 p.m. at the Arlington Heights Historical Museum, 110 W. Fremont. Preregister at ahpd.org program #3515-9. Fee is $25 for park district residents and $30 for nonresidents.
