Home Care Personal Services employee recognized for excellence

Naperville, Ill.—Lake in the Hills resident Nicole Czeslawski, a Home Care Aide with Home Care Personal Services, Inc., was recently recognized as an excellent caregiver, receiving an honorable mention for the Mary I. Hill Homecare Assistant of the Year. Czeslawski has been a Home Care Aide with the Home Care Personal Services Crystal Lake office for four years and has consistently offered high quality service to those within her care. Her dedication and work ethic earned her this recognition.

The Mary I. Hill award, given by the Illinois Association of Community Care Program Homecare Providers (IACCPHP), was created to recognize the important role homecare assistants hold in the success of the Community Care Program. This program is designed to provide assistance to the elderly, allowing them to live independently at home.

”Nicole is a fantastic caregiver. She gives so much of herself to those with whom she is entrusted,” says Home Care's Operations Manager, Peggy Arnold. “We are thrilled that she has been recognized by such a top-notch institution. It is a well deserved honor for her talent and hard work.”
