Wauconda EMA Works to Provide High Level Services
The Wauconda Emergency Management Agency (EMA) works to provide residents and visitors the highest level of emergency services. They provide these services by coordinating and integrating all activities necessary to mitigate against, prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and disasters whether natural or man made.
Wauconda EMA operates as a service from the Village of Wauconda with coordination by the Wauconda Fire Protection District. Meetings are generally held the third Thursday of the month.
