Arl. Hts. Garden Walk and Unique Boutique June 14th

The Arlington Heights Garden Club will hold their annual Garden Walk & Unique Boutique on Sunday, June 14th from 10:00 am - 4 pm. Five outstanding gardens will be showcased, as well as the beautiful and award winning grounds of the Arlington Heights Historical Museum. All of the gardens show the creativity of the owners and the joy they receive from developing and caring for a garden that fits their lifestyle.

From a secluded "Secret Garden" to a vast park like setting, visitors will be amazed at what can be done with a bevy of plants and trees in both shade and sun loving areas. Meandering walkways, arbors and restful areas all contribute to the pleasure one has when visiting these gardens.

The Unique Boutique on the grounds of the Arl. Hts. Historical Museum is free and open to the public. Search for that special garden-related piece of art, a special hosta, or other treasures to enjoy. Try your chance at our Raffle with many fabulous prizes.

There will be an Ask-A-Gardener booth, manned by Master Gardeners from the University of Illinois Extension Service, and an Ask the Arborist booth from The Davey Tree Expert Company. The Toasty Cheese Food Truck will be available from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. for lunch and refreshments.

Garden Walk tickets can be purchased for $15 day of the event or $10 in advance at: Village Bank & Trust Lobby (All Arlington Heights locations) or at the Arlington Heights Farmers Market on Saturday June 6 and June 13. Proceeds benefit scholarship, conservation and other activities.
