"Only about 5 percent of the companies Catalano Concrete competes with in the Chicago area market are able to earn our Super Service Award," said Angie's List Founder Angie Hicks. "It's a mark of consistently great customer service."

"Concrete contracting is a very fragmented, "beat-up market" crying out for someone to bring a sense of standardized professionalism to it," explains co owner Pete Catalano. "Hiring someone to perform concrete work on your home is an expensive project and is something most homeowners do once maybe twice in their life. Because of this, it can be a stressful and confusing project for some homeowners. Our goal as a company is to make the process as easy as possible by offering customers all the information needed to make an informed decision, and once hired, delivering a home service experience that leaves customers delighted and ready to tell others about us. Winning the Super Service Award for the second time tells us we are meeting our goal."
