Advocate Condell to offer free flu shots, BP tests at wellness event

Advocate Condell Medical Center will offer free flu shots, blood pressure screens and other health services at a wellness event on Oct. 21 in Lincolnshire.

“Well, Well, Well: Everybody's Got Something” will take place from 1-5 pm on Sunday, Oct. 21, at Stevenson High School, 1 Stevenson Drive in Lincolnshire. The event will feature dozens of health care providers and vendors who will be on hand to provide information, guidance and, in some cases, services.

Advocate Condell Medical Center will provide:

• Free flu shots

• Free blood pressure screenings

• Information on health management programs, with BMI screenings

• Sleep screenings

• Samples of meal replacement products

Other participating organizations include American Academy of Asthma, Allergy and Immunology, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America, Epilepsy Foundation, National Alliance on Mental Illness, American Dental Association, Robert Crown Center for Health Education, Chiro One Wellness Center, Lake County Health Department, Protected Tomorrows, Lincolnshire-Riverwoods Fire Protection District and Lincolnshire Police Department.
