33rd annual Old House New House Home Show returns Feb. 10-12

The Old House New House Home Show returns Feb. 10-12 to Pheasant Run Resort in St. Charles with idea-sparking inspiration for homeowners.

Since 1984, this engaging event has been bringing together 300 award-winning contractors, talented designers, national brands, creative craftsmen and industry innovators with an audience of 10,000 project-driven homeowners in a celebration of home transformation.

Two large exhibit halls, the Mega Center and the Ballroom, will be brimming, busy and bustling with displays featuring the latest trends in home remodeling, design, decor, surfaces and building materials. Explore fresh ideas for kitchens, baths, basements, additions, new construction, architecture, landscaping, green renovations, renewable energy, home automation, savvy storage, roofing, waterproofing, insulation, fireplaces, custom closets, paint colors, window treatments, tile, heating and air, windows, doors, flooring and more.

Show hours are 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Friday, Feb. 10 to Sunday, Feb. 12, at Pheasant Run Resort, 4051 E. Main St. in St. Charles. Admission is $7 or $4 for seniors over age 62. Children under 18 attend free; parking is free. Daily design workshops are included with admission.
