Care Navigators offers complementary services on 'Coping With COVID-19'
During these challenging and uncertain times, Care Navigators, a case management and advocacy agency located in Algonquin, is available to help relieve the stresses felt by the effects of COVID-19.
Care Navigators is offering two complimentary services for the community.
• Town Hall Meetings: Care Navigators offers online COVID-19 Town Hall Meetings; every Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. These meetings are free and open to the public; feel free to invite family, friends and colleagues to attend. Topics of discussion include updates related to the virus, coping skills, health and stress management, activity ideas, and much more. • Emotional Support Services: Telehealth services are available to help with the stresses related to COVID-19, emotional support, and anxiety and depression issues. This service is covered by most insurances. Care Navigators is pleased to offer 15 minutes of complementary support services to all first time users at this time.
