The theme is “'90s Throwback.” Food trucks will be parked on Grove Avenue. The free concert opens with What's Our Age Again, a Blink-182 cover band; How Rude!, '90s tribute band; and Larger Than Life: The Ultimate Boyband Tribute. Giant Lite-Brite wall.
