DuPage Basket Brigade Need Help

DuPage Basket Brigade (DBB) which coordinates and delivers Thanksgiving Baskets & Bags to DuPage County families and individuals in need, is behind in its 2017 goal.

This year's goal is 500 Family Baskets and 250 Homeless Bags and are not on pace to meet that goal. David Segatti, Coordinator for the DuPage Basket Brigade stated, "If we don't have more drop off locations and cash donations, it will be a disappointing Thanksgiving for a lot of families in need in DuPage County."

DBB pays no wages or salaries, all help is on a volunteer basis. All monies donated go to purchasing food and household items for those in need, other than PayPal fees and a small amount of marketing costs.

Businesses and organizations can help by acting as a drop off location. Local residents can help by donating non-perishable foods and household items at drop off locations or making a cash donation at the website, www.dupagebasketbrigade.com.

DBB mailing address is 380 E St Charles Road, #271, Lombard, IL 60148. For more information contact David Segatti at 630-873-4177 or visit www.dupagebasketbrigade.com.
