COD to Host Sampler Day Aug. 19

The Continuing Education program at College of DuPage will host a Sampler Day open house from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 19, in the Student Resource Center, Room 1110, on the College's Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

This event is free and open to the public.

During Sampler Day, attendees get a sneak preview of upcoming personal enrichment classes such as Alternative History of World War II, England's King Alfred, Estate Planning, Gelli Printmaking, Great Films, Home Staging and Redesign, Interior Design and Décor, Life Skills for Adults with Cognitive Disabilities, Makeup, Tai Chi, and Writing. Information about professional programs, including Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training and Massage Therapy, will also be provided.

Participants will receive exclusive opportunities for discounted tuition prices on many fall classes and workshops.
