CLC open house on Nov. 8

The College of Lake County will offer an open house from 6 to 8 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 8 at the Grayslake campus, at 19351 W. Washington St. The event is designed for high school students and their families as well as returning adults, offering the opportunity for them to talk with current students, admissions staff, faculty and deans. Participants may also take a campus tour and attend a student services fair to learn about support programs and campus life. Four half-hour sessions will cover how to get started at CLC, transfer information and a session for parents, plus student-led campus tours. Students may visit with faculty and staff in academic division offices. Free food will be available. Parking will be available in lots 7 and 7A, and visitors should enter at the C Wing.
