CLC Foundation gala tickets available

College of Lake County Foundation will host its scholarship gala, the Black and White Ball, on Saturday, Sept. 29, at the historic Lehmann Mansion in Lake Villa. The gala will begin with hors d'oeuvres, open bar, silent auction, raffles and games then continue on to a gourmet dinner, followed by a live auction. Musical entertainment will be provided by the Ron Harris Group. Tickets are $250 each. All proceeds support the CLC Foundation Scholarship Fund. Foundation scholarships address the needs of many different kinds of students and include eight major award programs and nearly 100 designated scholarships. During the 2011-12 academic year, the CLC Foundation awarded scholarships to more than 800 students. More than $1 million has already been raised in the Changing Lives Scholarship Campaign, which kicked off at the 2011 Foundation Gala.
