Seven candidates vie for two 6-year terms on COD Board of Trustees

Seven candidates have filed for the April 5 consolidated election to fill two six-year seats on the College of DuPage Board of Trustees.

Candidates are (in alphabetical order) are Erin Birt (Wheaton), Max Bochmann (Naperville), Gino Impellizzeri (Elmhurst), James Long (Downers Grove), Diane McGuire (Naperville), Mike Skarr (Naperville) and Hank Steinbrecher (Glen Ellyn).

Ballot position is determined by date and time of filing. Ballot order for papers filed simultaneously are determined by lottery within nine days following the last filing date, Dec. 20, 2010, at 5 p.m.

The trustees who fill the six-year terms will serve from the date of their swearing in at the organizational meeting in April or May 2011 through April 2017.
