Attended rally to support COD faculty
The article in the April 20 Daily Herald made reference to comments made by me at a rally of the faculty on Thursday. The reporter claimed that my comments identified Kim Savage, Nancy Svoboda and Dianne McGuire. That was his interpretation and not what was said.
“We,” the voters, decide elections. I will always support candidates who also happen to be members of the Democratic Party. Always.
I attended the rally to show my support for the faculty. I was a teacher, I advocated for teachers, and I will always support teachers. Always.
