Gallery Theater sets new audition dates for Sept. 23-24

West Chicago: July 18, 2011 - Calling all actors! The Gallery Theater is offering you an opportunity to put together the scene you always wanted to perform.

Almost all actors have a role or a particular scene that they would just love to play, but for which they have never been cast. Or maybe it's a scene that you've already done and would love to do again. This is your chance.

Grab a scene partner (or two), prepare a 10- to 20-minute scene, and contact the Gallery Theater, so that organizers can schedule you into an evening of scenes on Sept. 23-24, 2011.

If needed, a director and/or rehearsal space can be arranged at the Gallery 200/STUDIO, 203 Turner Court, West Chicago. Invite your friends or maybe a director you are trying to impress.

The Gallery Theater, which hosts performances at Gallery 200/STUDIO in downtown West Chicago, is a cultural initiative supported by the West Chicago Cultural Arts Commission, and is one more reason West Chicago was named an Illinois Arts Friendly Community in 2007.
