A champion to preserve open space

Roger Kotecki has been endorsed by the Sierra Club for DuPage County Forest Preserve commissioner for District 6. He has been a champion for open space, which provides cleaner air and water, less congestion, and reduced flooding throughout our county.

He has been a consistent vote against wasteful spending. He advocates actively for land and resources to provide trail connections for extending the regional trail system north and south as well as east and west.

Roger offers unique skills for this position because he has gained broad knowledge of environmental matters through study and work as well as his legal wisdom as a Harvard Law School graduate. Roger is a skilled leader in the commission as well as a dedicated volunteer in the field. We need his example as well as leadership in protecting our quality of life in the western suburbs as well as the open space in our beautiful forest preserves.
