Burlington Central 6, Richmond-Burton 0: Danny Gerke (3-3) fired a 3-hitter with 7 strikeouts and 1 walk to lead the Rockets to a Big Northern East road win at Richmond. Bryan Cynova (2-for-4, 3B, 3 RBI) ripped a 3-run triple in the top of the seventh to help the Rockets stretch a 1-0 lead they took into the inning. Josh Lung (2-for-4), Mike Scott (2 RBI) and Blake Alexander (2B) added to the offense for Central (8-8, 7-2).

CL South 4, Prairie Ridge 2: Jake Bigos was 4-for-4 with an RBI and Ryan Wilkening drove in a run as the Gators (13-4, 10-4) prevailed in the completion of a Fox Valley Conference Valley Division game that had been suspended by bad weather. Eric Schiller was the winning pitcher for Crystal Lake South and Tyler Hall picked up the save.

Hampshire 8, IMSA 4: Piotr Barnas (2-for-4, 2B), RJ Cosigny (RBI), Michael Laramie (2-for-3, 2B, RBI), Tyler Crater (2-for-3, RBI), Brandon Wescher (2B, RBI), Michael Merchut (RBI), Colin Gogoel (RBI) and Brandon Bowen (2B, RBI) led the offense for the Whip-Purs (10-11) in this nonconference win. Kyle Carbone was the winning pitcher.

Huntley 12, Jacobs 6: In the completion of an FVC Valley game suspended by weather, Kameron Sallee was 3-for-4 with a double, home run and 4 RBI to lead Huntley (19-3, 11-3). Mark Skonieczny (2-for-4, 2B, RBI), Tyler Albright (2-for-3, 2 RBI) and Matt Sullivan (2B, 2 RBI) also contributed. Adam Kalish was the winning pitcher. For Jacobs (16-7, 8-5), Connor Conzelman (2-for-4, 2B, RBI) and Grant Kale (2-for-4, 2B) led the offense. Ben Murray and Jon Berndt also had RBI.

Elgin Academy 10, Northridge Prep 6: Zach Bobmicka and Kenny Whelp each went 4-for-4 while Nate Johnson and winning pitcher Gannon Catone were each 3-for-4 to lead Elgin Academy. Catone struck out 8, walked 4 and allowed 7 hits.

Marian Central 10, St. Edward 0: Jack Tierney and Jacob Koehring each had 2 hits and Antonio Domel added a double for the Green Wave (12-8, 9-6) in this Suburban Christian loss. Jake LaFrenz was the losing pitcher.

Westminster Christian 6, Alden-Hebron 2: Will Woodhouse was 3-for-4 with a triple and an RBI to lead the Warriors (8-8, 8-2) to a Northeast Athletic Conference win. Chase Woods (2-for-4, 2B, 2 RBI), Brendan Ruffolo (2 doubles), Tyler Mamrot (2B), Luke Weston (RBI) and Ian Merlak (2 RBI) also contributed. Clay DeHaan was the winning pitcher, striking out 8, walking 2 and allowing 5 hits.
