Burlington Central 54, Harvard 19: Samantha Pryor scored 11 points as the Rockets took another step toward their first conference championship since 2007 with this Big Northern East win. Shelby Holt, Kayla Ross and Becca Gerke each had 8 points for Burlington Central (18-4, 9-0), which can clinch the conference title at Richmond on Saturday.
Bartlett 53, East Aurora 43: Alyssa Hernandez had 14 points and Liz Arco added 9 to lead the Hawks to an Upstate Eight Valley win. Chantel Zasada and Ally Giampapa added 9 points each for Bartlett (13-10, 7-3).
Harvest Christian 43, Berean Baptist 39: Kylee Knox scored 18 points and Rachel Oostdyk had 10 points and 17 rebounds as the Lions (3-18) won in nonconference play. Sarah Kott added a career-high 8 points for Harvest.
Walther Lutheran 42, St. Edward 30: Rena Ranallo had 12 points and Clarissa Ramos added 9 for St. Edward (2-21, 1-8) in the Suburban Christian Blue.
