NAMI to hold annual event this month

NAMI Kane County North will host its annual December event from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 10. Members, as well as family and friends, are welcome.

Bring a dish to pass to this holiday potluck brunch. General meetings are held from 9 to 11 a.m. the second Saturday of the month at the Ecker Center for Mental Health, 1845 Grandstand Place in Elgin. The public is invited.

An ongoing, monthly Family Support Group will meet from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 13, in St. Mary’s Room in the lower level of Provena St. Joseph Hospital, 77 N. Airlite St. in Elgin. For information, call Laurie at (847) 695-7957 or Penny at (847) 428-2496.
