Find COVID-19 testing sites, vaccine info at DuPage County Health's website

The DuPage County Health Department is working with partners at all levels, including hospitals, health care providers, and community leaders, in vaccinating health care personnel as part of Phase 1A. Once in Phase 1B, expected to start Jan. 25, the DuPage Health Department estimates nearly 270,000 individuals in DuPage will become eligible. With this large of a group, it may take about 12 weeks for all Phase 1B individuals to be vaccinated.

You will not be able to schedule an appointment until the time is right. Signing up at www.dupagehealth.org allows the health department to contact you with specific information when appointments or clinics are available. Signing up for these updates is not a registration for a vaccine.

Every week, the health department is sharing the most frequently asked questions about the coronavirus pandemic to help educate and inform county residents at www.dupagehealth.org/657/Frequently-Asked-Questions.

Eligible individuals will be asked to provide verification of their eligibility through either photo ID to confirm age-based eligibility or employment verification (employee ID badge, check stub, state licensure or certificate) to identify occupational eligibility. Vaccinations are by appointment only and dependent on supply.

As the vaccine supply provided by the state of Illinois/Illinois Department of Public Health is allocated based on county jurisdiction, the DuPage Health Department is further prioritizing its administration of vaccine for individuals who reside, work, or attend college/university in DuPage County.

Individuals presenting for vaccination at a DuPage Health Department location may be asked to provide verification of residence, employment, or school attendance within DuPage County.

Vaccination prioritization will continue to change as COVID-19 vaccine supply increases in the coming weeks.
