Sixth annual Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest returns Sept. 18

After being postponed in 2020, the Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest is returning on Saturday, Sept. 18, on the grounds of the Elmhurst History Museum, 120 E. Park Ave.

The Elmhurst Heritage Foundation's sixth annual event will be noon to 6 p.m.

This popular fall event is an important fundraiser to support the Elmhurst History Museum's exhibits and programs as well as educational field trips at the Churchville One-Room Schoolhouse.

The 2021 Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest is presented by the Elmhurst Heritage Foundation along with Event Sponsor Pints Elmhurst and many other generous community sponsors.

The day will feature tastings from a selection of more than 100 different craft beers, ciders and hard seltzers from more than 40 craft and microbreweries, with an emphasis on local brewers from the Chicago area. w

Live music performed by PettyCash and the Moonshine Brothers will add to the festivities, and food from a local vendor will be available for purchase.

Tickets for the Elmhurst Craft Beer Fest are available online at elmhurstcraftbeerfest.com.

Discounted early bird tickets are available until Sept. 10, with the general admission at $40.

An early entry ticket (noon entry) is $50. After Sept. 10, general admission is $50 and early entry is $65 and a designated driver is $20.

Participants must be 21 years of age or older.
