COD hosts blood drive Jan. 20 at Glen Ellyn campus

The College of DuPage Office of Student Life will host a blood drive from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 20 in the Student Resource Center, Room 2800.

Donors must be in good health, age 17 and older, and weigh at least 110 pounds. In addition, eligible donors must not have given blood within the last eight weeks or had a tooth extraction within the last 72 hours.

Participants will receive information on their blood pressure, hemoglobin and blood type. The process takes about one hour.
