Burlington Central 1, Lockport 0: Emily Kisch pitched a 4-hitter with 3 strikeouts and no walks and Shelby Young drove in the game-winning run with two outs in the top of the eighth inning to lead the Rockets (26-3) at the Stone City Jamboree.

Bartlett splits: Bartlett won a game with a walk off hit and lost a game in the bottom of the seventh inning at the Stone City Jamboree. Dana Paul scored the game winner in a 4-3 win over Sandburg when the Eagles tried to play on Lauren Janczak going from first to second after a squeeze bunt attempt. Bartlett was down 3-0 going into the bottom of the seventh but a 2-run double from Alyssa Nowak and am RBI squeeze bunt by Paul tied the game. Holly Pagan was the winning pitcher. The Hawks (25-9) then lost to Joliet West 4-3, allowing a run in the bottom of the seventh. Pagan took the loss in relief and Kayla Haberstich hit her ninth home run of the season for Bartlett.

Elgin 7, Riverside-Brookfield 2: Jennah Perryman hit her third home run of the day and ninth of the season and threw a 5-hitter with 10 strikeouts and 2 walks to lead the Maroons (14-14) at the Stone City Jamboree. Anna Eckholm was 3-for-3 with an RBI for Elgin, while Kelly Bremer went 3-for-4 with 2 doubles and Monica Stockman added a double.

Huntley 2-1 at Freeport: The Red Raiders beat Johnsburg 20-0 and Freeport 6-2 then lost to LaSalle-Peru 7-4 at the Freeport tournament. Haley Spannraft (17-10) picked up both wins for Huntley (22-11). Randi Peterson was 5-for-6 with a home run, double and 6 RBI in the two wins. Spannraft went 6-for-10 with 4 RBI on the day and Mackenzie Brown was 2-for-2 with a grand slam and 6 RBI against Johnsburg.

Geneva 8, Streamwood 2: Losing pitcher Kaitlyn Hedger had a double for the Sabres (5-21, 2-16) in the Upstate Eight River.

Marist 5, Cary-Grove 2: Sarah Leudo had a home run for the Trojans (19-5) at the Bandits Jamboree. Lindsay Efflandt suffered her first loss of the season in her first start since April 22 for Cary-Grove.
