U.S. Sen. Rand Paul will be the keynote speaker at the Sixth Annual Northwest Suburban Republican Lincoln Day Dinner honoring U.S. Sen. Mark Kirk on Monday, March 4 at Cotillion Banquets, 360 Creekside Drive in Palatine. This year's theme is "Never, Ever Give Up!" The reception is at 6 p.m. and dinner and program at 7 p.m. Tickets are $100 and can be purchased at stgop.org. Seating is limited. The dinner is hosted by the Republican township organizations of Schaumburg, Barrington, Hanover, Northfield, Palatine and Wheeling.
