46th annual DuPage County Christmas Prayer Breakfast set for Dec. 13
The 46th annual DuPage County Christmas Prayer Breakfast will be held from 7 to 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, at the Westin-Chicago Northwest, 400 Park Blvd. in Itasca.
The breakfast brings together government and public officials, business people, clergy and citizens to hear the Christmas message of love, hope and joy. Government officials will be honored, thanked for their dedication to public service, and encouraged to act justly.
The honorary host is DuPage County Board Chairman Dan Cronin.
The speaker will be Juni Felix, an author, speaker, international radio drama scriptwriter, C.S. Lewis Institute Fellow and radio host. She also works as a technologist specializing in behavior design, assisting software development teams in creating products that make the world a better place. A presenting author at the 2018 Persuasive Technology Conference, she loves to share collaborative ideas for the "Caring, Feeling and Understanding Cities" of the future. Individual tickets are $27 each.
Tickets need to be purchased in advance of the breakfast. If you would like to host a table of 11, enclose $297 ($27 per seat). The 12th seat at your table will be assigned to a government official.
Please mail your check as soon as possible. You will receive your tickets by mail just prior to the event date.
