DuKane ABATE to host election debates Aug. 22-23

DuKane ABATE is hosting a 2022 Election Debate for local, state, and federal candidates.

All questions and topics will be motorcycle related as they will cover all issues, rights, and freedoms of motorcyclists, off-roaders and ATV riders in DuPage and Kane counties.

The debate starts at 7 p.m. both days at the West Chicago American Legion Post 300, 123 Main St.

It will be an in-person event. This debate also will be broadcast live on www.facebook.com/DuKaneChapter/.

Candidates will have a timed period to answer questions and rebuttals will be allowed if needed.

On Monday, Aug. 22, it will feature candidates for Illinois state representative, federal candidates, and the Illinois Secretary of State.

On Tuesday, Aug. 23, it will feature candidates for Illinois state senator, Kane County Sheriff, DuPage County Board Chairman, and the Illinois Governor.

ABATE (A Brotherhood Aimed Towards Education) is a motorcyclists rights organization dedicated to preserving the rights of motorcyclists, off-roaders, and ATV riders through education, safety, awareness, and political activities. DuKane ABATE represent the state organization in Northern DuPage and Kane counties.
