Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital in Barrington will host a Mental Health Lecture Series for the community.

The class, "Coping With Loss" will be held from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20. Class Code: 3M38

Loss is a normal part of life; loss of jobs, health, loved ones, pets and independence. Learning to cope effectively with these types of loss can result in healthier outcomes overall.
