Judson U. to host annual Network Night Sept. 29
(Elgin, IL - August 25, 2011) Local business professionals are invited to convene at Judson University's second annual Network Night on Thursday, Sept. 29 from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the Eagle Lounge of Lindner Tower, 1151 N. State St. in Elgin.
The event will begin with an hour of networking amongst local professionals, along with students, faculty and alumni of Judson, followed by a keynote discussion with Judson alumnus and author David Rendall.
Rendall, a professional speaker and trainer based in Goldsboro, North Carolina, provides leadership seminars and keynote presentations throughout the United States, Canada, India, Australia and the United Kingdom for clients such as AT&T, Tyco International and Duke University.
His recently published book, "The Freak Factor," counsels professionals on leveraging their strengths while appreciating and embracing their weaknesses. He is also a management professor at Mount Olive College and a stand-up comedian who has earned a doctor of management degree and a graduate degree in counseling.
