Author Robert Renteria a hit with students at Latino Student Day

Students eagerly wait in line to chat with Robert Renteria, Chicago businessman and acclaimed author of From the Barrio to the Boardroom during Latino Student Day at College of DuPage.

This free event provided high school juniors and seniors from District 502 with an opportunity to meet with Renteria and poet Michael Reyes, as well as learn about programs offered by the College.

On Wednesday, May 11, COD will host the fourth annual African American and Latino Student Summit for area high school freshman and sophomores.
