Russian National Ballet at the Mac Jan. 9

The world-renowned Russian National Ballet Theatre will bring their grace and style to the Mainstage of the McAninch Arts Center at College of DuPage, 425 Fawell Blvd. in Glen Ellyn, in two performances at 2 and 7 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 9.

Russian National Ballet Theatre's repertoire includes classic works such as Swan Lake, Nutcracker and Sleeping Beauty, as well as modern ballets to the music of Mozart, Bach and Ravel. The Jan. 9 MAC performance features Marius Petipa's “Romeo and Juliet” and Mikhail Fokine's “Chopiana.”

The 50-member company was founded by the Bolshoi's legendary principal dancer Elena Radchenko.

Tickets to Russian National Ballet Theatre are $48 for adults, $46 for seniors and $38 for College of DuPage students and youth.
