Lavelle Law Unveils Updated Website

Schaumburg-based Lavelle Law has launched a re-designed website featuring a new look, streamlined navigation and improved services for clients. Developed by Olive Street Design, the new site is now live at www.lavellelaw.com.

The launch followed a six-month evaluation and development period led by an internal committee according to Managing Partner Ted McGinn. "Our old site served us well but with over 70,000 sessions per year and well over 10,000 pageviews per month, we wanted to make sure the site was efficiently serving those who use it."

A more condensed main navigation menu was among the key changes but McGinn said that attention was focused on the areas that get the greatest utilization. "The home pages for our practice groups and the profiles of our 27 attorneys draw a tremendous amount of traffic, so both areas have been reorganized to make them more prominent and easier to use."

The website has always featured articles, podcasts and more recently, videos, covering all aspects of law that the firm handles. As those libraries generate significant traffic, the new design aids in the presentation of the media content.

Clients may now also pay bills via the site keeping the firm current with behavior that most consumers have come to expect.

A new logo also makes its debut in conjunction with the site. Created in-house, the new design evokes a sense of a forward-thinking firm that is unique in how multiple practice groups overlap and work together to benefit clients.

Lavelle Law's main office is in Schaumburg with an additional office in the Chicago Loop. The firm was founded in 1989 as a single attorney practice with an emphasis on tax law. The firm has added more than a dozen practice groups including Estate Planning, Business Law, Litigation, Criminal Defense, Immigration, Divorce and Family Law, Commercial and Residential Real Estate, and Law Practice Consulting. The firm has received numerous awards and commendations for its business success and commitment to ethics, national recognition for its pro bono services, and multiple acknowledgements of the charitable work it provides in local communities.
