St. Edward d. Guerin: Shannon Igielski had 7 kills and 5 digs, Katie Swanson added 4 kills and 10 digs and Allison Kruk had 10 digs to lead St. Edward (18-13, 7-3) to a 25-12, 25-11 Suburban Christian Gold win. Mallory Gross had 22 assists and Clara McDowel added 9 dugs for the Green Wave.
Elgin Academy d. Faith Lutheran: Kaitlyn Pearson had 11 kills and 7 digs and Lizzie Clements added 5 kills, 6 digs and 3 aces to lead the Hilltoppers (2-21) to a 25-10, 20-25, 25-22 nonconference win. Maggie Veltri added 4 kills, 11 assists and 3 digs for Elgin Academy.
