Catherine Byron and Carly Meckert had 6 goals apiece, Sam Gavars had 4 and Kayla Widdowson had 2 as host Barrington remained unbeaten in Mid-Suburban West girls water polo with a 20-10 decision against Palatine.

The Fillies improved to 8-0 overall and 4-0 in divisional play.

Rachel Chumbook had 4 goals and Caitlin McHugh 3 for Palatine.

Fremd 10, Schaumburg 4: The host Vikings held Schaumburg to 1 goal in the first half on the way to an MSL West triumph.

Mandy Borre and Sam Dicanio both had 3 goals for Fremd (8-4, 4-0), which remains tied for first in the West with Barrington.

Conant 14, Hoffman Estates 7: Angela Skittone (5 goals) and Carmen Rosas (4) provided the bulk of the offense as the Cougars picked up an MSL West victory. Maddy Demaret stopped 19 shots for Conant.

Tori Johnson scored 3 goals and Kasia Serwin 2 for the Hawks.

Buffalo Grove 13, Rolling Meadows 5: Four different players scored 3 goals apiece to help the host Bison in MSL East play, as Buffalo Grove and goalie Callie Fasching permitted just 1 goal in the second half.
