ECC slates baseball camp

The Elgin Community College baseball program will hold a December tune up camp Dec. 28 and Dec. 29 at the ECC Events center.
The camp will be for youth players to learn and improve fundamental baseball skills in a fun atmosphere that will encourage self confidence and sportsmanship. The day will be broken down into segments focusing on individual fundamentals and advanced skills. Covered the camp will be skills in hitting, baserunning, throwing, pitching and fielding. The clinic will be conducted by the ECC baseball players and coaching staff. Players should bring their own bats and gloves.
Session I each day will run from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. for 8-11 year olds and session II will be from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. for 12-14 year olds.
Cost of the camp is $65.
