Taoist Tai Chi open house Jan. 27

Give yourself the gift of good health in the new year! An open house and introductory Taoist Tai Chi class for fitness and health will be offered from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27 at First United Methodist Church of Glen Ellyn, 424 Forest Ave.

Wear comfortable clothes, flat shoes. The first visit is complimentary; fee required for ongoing classes.

Once registered, students may attend as many classes as they wish in any location. Locations in the western suburbs include Elmhurst, Glen Ellyn and St. Charles.
