Student music concert Oct. 13 at the MAC

Five College of DuPage student music ensembles will perform a mid-semester concert at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 13, at the McAninch Arts Center on the Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

Performing groups include Small Group Jazz, Percussion Ensemble, Chamber Orchestra, Concert Choir and Chamber Singers.

The program includes Bobby Timmons “Moanin',” Eddie Harris “Yeah, yeah, yeah,” Pat Methany and Lyle Mays' “Phase Dance,” Brüll's “Serenade,” Hummel's “Trumpet Concerto,” Earl George's “Songs of Innocence” and music by Maurice Green, James Day, Eliza Gilkyson, Mark Sirett and Lee Kesselman.

Tickets to the concert are $4.
