Taking care of your health is important. That's why Advocate Good Shepherd Hospital conveniently provides comprehensive wellness services close to home. Join us on Saturday, September 17, for our third annual health event. The morning will be filled with FREE health screenings, raffles, giveaways and more!

• Blood pressure

• Body mass index

• Cardiac screenings

• Complete lipid panel (Including cholesterol & diabetes. 12 hour fast required-finger stick)

• Diabetes screenings

• Healthy eating

• Prostate cancer screenings (In recognition of prostate awareness month - provided by an Advocate physician and includes a digital rectal exam and blood draw)
