Centre Clubs to Host Free Community Health and Wellness Fairs

Advocate Condell Medical Center’s Centre Clubs will be hosting two community health and wellness fairs in February.

The fairs will take place from 8 to 11 a.m. at the Centre Club-Libertyville on Monday, February 17; and 8 to 11 a.m. at the Centre Club-Gurnee on Friday, February 28. All services are free and include:

-Know Your Numbers screening and Heart Risk Assessment tool

-Orthopedic booth including gait and balance screenings

-Hearing screening with Dr. Theresa Jagasia of Beltone

-Foot screening with Dr. Scott Jacobsen, podiatric surgeon

-Understanding blood sugar numbers

-Cancer exercise specialist

-Weight management booth with Dr. Jennifer DeBruler and Dr. Faisal Saeed, as well as a registered dietician

-Body fat and flexibility assessments with Centre ----Club’s certified fitness trainers

-Chair massages provided by certified massage therapists

-Centre Club tours and information booth with member services staff

-Goodie bags and raffle prizes
