Oakton tops Harper

Sophomore guard Rachel Payne scored a team-high 18 points and sophomore forward Monica Hinderer had 14, but it wasn't enough in a 61-47 loss to Oakton Community College on Tuesday at the Sports and Wellness Center in Palatine.

The Hawks trailed by just 4 points after the first half but were outscored by 10 points in the second half of the nonconference matchup.
