Waterleaf Restaurant Premiers Chef's Table June 24

Waterleaf restaurant in Glen Ellyn will debut its new “Chef's Table” experience on Sunday, June 24, with champagne and Hors D'oeuvres at 5 p.m. and dinner at 5:30 p.m.

Guests of the exclusive Chef's Table will enjoy a seven-course meal that is thoughtfully developed and artfully prepared by Waterleaf Executive Chef Jean-Louis Clerc. Each Chef's Table is unique – the experience is reliant upon seasonal, fresh ingredients and the whim and inspiration of Chef Jean-Louis.

“This is a culinary adventure like no other,” said Jean Pierre Leroux, General Manager of Waterleaf and the Inn at Water's Edge. “Our Chef's Table guests will have an opportunity to experience refined, elegant dishes created in the moment by the masterful Chef Jean-Louis, carefully paired with wine selections that fully complement each course.”

In addition, prior to each course, Chef Jean-Louis will explain the conception and preparation behind the ingredients and conception of each dish, offering an interactive, unforgettable culinary experience.

The inaugural Chef's Table at Waterleaf is $125 per person, which includes tip and gratuity.
